ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 4th September 2018
New date for our Annual General Meeting.
Chat & Craft
Come and meet other knitters, browse knitting/crochet patterns, share knitting projects and enjoy tea, biscuits and cake. We will be donating our knitting to Manchester and Bury Homeless and Pennine Acute Premature Babies Units. If you want to get involved in this but can't make the group please feel free to contact us or join our facebook group Age Friendly Bury. We meet every Tuesday 1pm - 3 pm.
Fix It Friday
Come and join us at our Fix-It Cafe. Bring your broken things and we'll fix them together over a brew and a chat. Every Friday 11.30pm - 2:30pm. Last Friday of every month Ladies ONLY.
Bury Veterans Breakfast Club is open to all armed forces, blue light veterans and current serving service men and women. We meet at The Mosses Centre every Friday 0930 - 1100. Have a full english breaksfast and a chat. Find us on facebook search: Bury Veterans Breakfast.
Meeting Rooms for Hire
We have a selection of rooms suitable for different purposes available for hire. The new addition is a room that can be hired by the hour. Give a call or send an email to check availability and prices.
Mosses Pre-School Opening
Our Pre-School is open daily during term time from
8.45 - 11.45 each morning and
12.30 - 3.30 each afternoon
We have 24 places for children aged 2 - 5 years each morning and afternoon.
Free places are subject to availability and qualifying dates (free places are for the term after a child reaches 3 years old).

Our Fund-Raising Stalls
Call in and visit our two fund-raising stalls, and don't forget we serve breakfast between 9.30 and 10.30 and lunch between 12 and 1 pm.
Bric a Brac
we have a daily "Table Top" stall selling goods including household items, cds, toys and games at very reasonable prices. Pop in and have a look or donate some of your "good condition" unwanted things. Please ring Sheila to enquire about donating large items.
our second hand book stall has a great selection of fiction and non-fiction, paperbacks and hardbacks. Prices are 50p for paperbacks or 3 for £1, and £1 for hardbacks. Thanks to Rita and Melvin for donating their unwanted bookcase!
